The main Charity Organization in Peru is looking for a Lottery Operator with the State of the Art technology, for organize, implement and manage, in an association way as  joint venture. The whole Peruvian market using the mobiles phones ( 22 millions mobiles) as lottery system,  could be, after one year, at least 120 millions US dollars a year.
